Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive the item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without a prior request for return will not be accepted. You can always contact us at info@jpcutters.com to resolve any return issues.
Damages and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or received in error so that we can assess the problem and correct it.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return your item for a new item purchased separately after the return has been accepted.
EU 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if an item is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without stating a reason. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund within 10 business days via the original payment method. Please keep in mind that it will also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
